Job summary

Dentology is seeking a Full Stack Product Engineer to join a fast-growing UK-origin SaaS-adjacent agency with a remote-first culture. You’ll own features end-to-end from database to frontend, build scalable backend services, and ship AI-enhanced tools for dental practices.

Collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams to balance product and performance. You'll work across stack, from DB to UI, influence product direction, and mentor junior engineers as the team scales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-stack experience with React, Next.js or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of data flows and state management in web apps.
• Experience with Prisma and PostgreSQL; building robust API integrations.
• Passion for clean, scalable code and practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from database design to polished frontend.
• Build and scale backend services and high-usage API integrations.
• Collaborate to align engineering with clinics' needs and marketing goals.
• Mentor teammates and set best practices, tooling standards, and culture.
• Improve UX/UI with input from non-technical teammates and stakeholders.
