Job summary

Gold Media Tech LLC is seeking a software engineer to help build an integrated operating system for a Miami-based proptech stack. You will design, implement, and ship core modules, enforce the SDLC, and apply AI-native approaches to boost velocity without compromising reliability.

You will own production environments, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with leadership to translate product strategy into shippable work within an EOS sprint model.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong full-stack skills with modern web frameworks, APIs, SQL, and cloud deployment.
• Experience with GCP; AWS/Azure acceptable.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
• Ownership of engineering processes: Git workflows, CI/CD, testing, code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship core modules of the operating system and integrations.
• Own the team SDLC: Git workflow, branching, code reviews, tests, gates, pipelines.
• Develop AI-native solutions using Claude Code and multi-agent architectures.
• Own production environments: monitoring, error handling, rollbacks, tested releases.
• Build and maintain integrations across Guesty, Breezeway, Stripe, QuickBooks, and GCP services.
• Review AI-generated code and mentor the engineering team.
• Collaborate with Head of Technology to translate product strategy into work.
