Job summary

phData is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the India Product Engineering team and Platform Operations from a remote-first discipline. You will drive delivery goals, build automation, and ensure security and compliance across AWS, GCP, Azure, and Snowflake, while collaborating with US leadership and the IT team.

You will mentor engineers, balance technical depth with people leadership, and guide strategic tooling initiatives to improve product quality and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of software engineering and platform operations with hands‑on coding and code reviews.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams, driving product and tooling development and automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to the India product engineering team and Platform Operations.
• Oversee multi‑cloud architecture, IaC, CI/CD, RBAC, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with US leadership and IT to ensure security and compliance objectives.
• Drive cross‑functional partnerships, align with roadmaps, and deliver on OKRs.
