Job summary

Binance is seeking an experienced AML/CFT Compliance Officer to lead the company’s AML/CFT program and coordinate with global partners. You will supervise and train staff, oversee CDD/EDD, review STRs, and ensure regulatory filings in alignment with relevant laws.

The role requires English and Mandarin proficiency, 5+ years in financial services, and familiarity with FSC guidelines. This remote-first position offers competitive compensation and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years as AML/CFT officer in financial services or VASP experience.
• Familiarity with AML laws, FATF guidelines, and FSC criteria.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AML/CFT program as officer under applicable acts.
• Support MLRO and act as deputy when needed.
• Develop and maintain AML/CFT internal controls and risk assessments.
• Perform Customer Due Diligence and Enhanced Due Diligence.
• Review STRs and coordinate with authorities.
• Ensure timely STR filings and regulatory reporting.
• Deliver at least 12 hours of AML/CFT training annually.
