BTC Inc. is seeking a product-minded Chief Technology Officer to architect and build the data platform powering our next generation of products.

You will own the data infrastructure and the consumer app architecture, set engineering standards, and build an engineering organization reporting to the CEO. The ideal candidate has shipped a data platform powering a revenue product and can operate as the first engineering hire with hands-on coding.

Qualifications

• Built and shipped a data platform powering a revenue product.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture of the data platform (warehouse, ingestion pipelines, identity resolution).
• Ship a unified dataset within the first months and define the relationship between app and data platform.
• Lead engineering standards and recruit senior ICs in a high-trust environment.
• Ensure SOC 2 readiness, GDPR compliance, and scalable data governance.
