A cloud-based integration and automation provider is seeking a Corporate Controller to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with regulations. You will manage the accounting department, produce financial reports, and support strategic decision-making in a remote-first work environment. The position requires a Bachelor’s in accounting, CPA certification, and 8+ years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a high-growth SaaS setting. The estimated salary is $140,000 to $170,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
• Prior experience as a Controller or senior finance leader.
• Experience in a high-growth, PE or VC backed SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the accounting department.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting regulations.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
• Implement and maintain internal controls.
