Nscale is seeking a Workflow Builder to assemble data, models and workflows spanning Infrastructure, Product, Finance and Operations. You’ll define the roadmap, build solutions across Palantir Foundry, and enable teams to make data-driven decisions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in data engineering, strong Python/TypeScript skills, and experience with Palantir Foundry. This remote-first role offers equity, competitive compensation, and a fast-paced environment at a growing AI-focused company.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of data engineering experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in Python and TypeScript.
• Experience deploying Palantir Foundry preferred.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous tasks into deployable products.

Aufgaben

• Execute enterprise roadmap for the internal data and application platform, aligning use case development with product and business priorities.
• Own end-to-end responsibility for specific use-case identification, design, build and rollout.
• Scale partner-developed and experimental solutions into production-grade, internally owned systems.
• Contribute to Palantir Center of Excellence covering platform engineering, access management, and user support, and collaborate with vendor on upcoming developments.
• Design and operate a secure identity and permissions framework, including RBAC, restricted views, and enterprise identity integrations.
• Integrate data across development, production, and operational systems into a unified AI data fabric supporting real-time insights.
• Build feedback loops from deployed AI systems to track performance, reliability, and operational readiness.
• Deliver tools and data products that improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making across teams.
• Drive platform adoption through onboarding, training, documentation, and self-service development practices.
