Job summary

Wpromote x Giant Spoon seeks a Content Engineer to design, build, and improve AI-powered content production systems. You’ll bridge human judgment, brand intelligence, and performance insights to enable faster, higher-quality content at scale.

You will own end-to-end workflows across multiple clients, learning audiences, tones, and regulatory needs while developing reusable AI tools and guardrails. Remote-first with hubs in LA, Chicago, and New York, competitive comp and benefits accompany this

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, editorial, or related creative discipline.
• Portfolio demonstrating writing and editing across formats, audiences, brand voices, or industries.
• Exceptional command of language, structure, grammar, storytelling, and persuasive communication.
• Strong fact-checking and quality-control instincts.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI throughout the content-development process.
• Ability to explain how you prompt, evaluate, edit, and improve AI-assisted work.
• Experience building and working with custom AI assistants and automated content workflows.
• Working familiarity with analytics, SEO, keyword research, and social listening tools.
• Translate performance data and audience insights into stronger content.
• Knowledge of repeatable content workflows and templates.
• Strong client-facing communication, presentation, collaboration, and feedback-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI-powered content production workflows from research to delivery.
• Own content development across a portfolio of clients and industries.
• Write and edit across formats including website copy, articles, emails, and social content.
• Apply client positioning, brand guidelines, tone, and editorial standards with accuracy.
• Build reusable prompt libraries, templates, agents, and guardrails.
• Evaluate AI-generated work for accuracy, originality, bias, and brand alignment.
• Conduct research and translate complex information into persuasive content.
• Identify friction in content production and develop improvements.
• Test emerging AI models and document best practices.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
