CLAPOS is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain a secure, scalable fintech platform that powers card issuance and spending for businesses worldwide. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver innovative features for customers across the globe.

You will build and maintain backend and frontend solutions, APIs, and integrations with partners, while ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy backend and frontend solutions for the CLAPOS platform.
• Build APIs for card issuance, spending controls, and partner integrations.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of all software components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to keep services reliable.
• Design secure, scalable systems and APIs powering fintech workflows.
• Contribute to building a product used by businesses worldwide.
• Support DevOps practices to improve deployment and monitoring.
