Job summary

Kenmore Design is a global fintech software provider delivering CRM and client portal solutions to Forex brokers and proprietary trading firms worldwide. We are seeking a Security Engineer to protect our systems, identify vulnerabilities, and ensure platform reliability across production and internal environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in security engineering, infrastructure security, or DevSecOps.
• Hands-on security testing including penetration tests and vulnerability assessments.
• Strong logging, monitoring and incident response workflows knowledge.
• Experience securing Linux and Windows server environments.
• Knowledge of backup strategies and disaster recovery concepts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and stress testing across apps and infra.
• Perform security-focused QA and audit tasks to identify weaknesses before incidents.
• Design, implement, and maintain logging and monitoring systems with log aggregation and analysis.
• Analyze logs and alerts to detect suspicious activity, performance issues, or security events.
• Respond to incidents and outages; restore services or migrate to backup infrastructure.
• Maintain and test backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Perform system updates and patching across Linux and Windows.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to remediate vulnerabilities and improve security posture.
• Document security procedures, incident responses, and best practices.
