Job summary

Kunai builds full-stack technology solutions for banks, credit and payment networks, infrastructure providers, and their customers. This role drives a workstream inside a larger program, guiding MVP rollout and V2 planning.

You will coordinate across teams, define scope with stakeholders, apply technical analysis beyond schedules, track risks, and report progress to leadership and the client. Financial services and AWS experience are important, along with clear communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing a workstream within a multi-team program.
• Finance/payments domain experience (credit/debit/ACH) preferred.
• Experience scaling teams and onboarding engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of a workstream within a larger program.
• Coordinate across teams to keep MVP rollout on track toward production.
• Define scope for V2 with stakeholders and nail down requirements.
• Apply technical analysis beyond schedules to inform decisions.
• Track progress, dependencies, and risks for rollout and V2 planning.
• Surface blockers early and work with leads to resolve them.
• Report progress to program leadership and the client.
