Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years managing software engineering teams.
• Experience building prioritized roadmaps with cross-functional partners.
• Hands-on with code reviews, debugging, and data analysis.
• Strong SQL querying skills and data quality focus.
• Ability to balance shipping features, debt, and system improvements.
• Proven technical leadership across multi-discipline teams.
