Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a skilled wholesale broker relations professional to build and manage relationships with regional wirehouses and financial advisors, generating production and revenue across a territory.

You will educate advisors on products, develop territory plans, and present strategies at weekly meetings while collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales goals.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree and FINRA licensing; travel up to 75% and remote work are involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field with minimum two years of experience in financial services.
• SIE license required; ability to obtain Series 7 within sixty days of hire.
• FINRA Series 7 eligibility and other licenses within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with financial advisors to generate assets in the territory.
• Educate financial advisors on benefits of products/services via meetings, visits, seminars and conferences.
• Develop and implement wholesale business plans to meet sales goals.
• Present sales activities at weekly wholesaling meetings.
• Maintain activity logs to track broker profiles and sales activity.
• Collaborate with internal wholesaler to achieve goals through referrals, campaigns and canvassing.
• Manage expense account within budget.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
