Job summary

Raymond James Investment Management is seeking an External Wholesaler to remotely cover Massachusetts and Connecticut. You will build relationships with financial advisors, educate on product benefits, and implement territory sales plans to drive revenue. The role requires 2+ years in financial services, SIE, and Series 7 within 60 days, and up to 75% travel.

Base salary is $100,000 with potential bonuses. You will collaborate with internal wholesalers and maintain broker data to support revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field and 2+ years in financial services.
• SIE required; FINRA Series 7 to be obtained within 60 days.
• Ability to obtain other necessary licenses within 60 days of hire.
• Strong communication and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with financial advisors to generate assets within a territory.
• Educate financial advisors on product benefits through meetings, branch visits, seminars and conferences.
• Develop and implement wholesaling business plans to deliver on sales goals.
• Present sales activities at weekly wholesaling meetings.
• Maintain activity logs and broker profiles with current data.
• Collaborate with internal wholesaler to hit goals from referrals and campaigns.
• Manage expense budget within allotted limits.
