Job summary

Pacific Legacy Group, an independent Thrivent Financial practice, seeks a Support Advisor to provide remote technical support to Lead Advisor and Service Advisor, gather client data, build scenarios, and prepare plans. You will work with Salesforce, MoneyGuide Pro, and Morningstar to maintain client records and assist in meetings.

The role emphasizes client service, confidentiality, and coordination with advisors while not offering advice.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service orientation/experience, 3+ years preferred.
• Securities (7/66, or 7/63 & 65) and Life, Health, and Annuities registration required.
• Basic understanding of financial products and Thrivent Financial.

Responsibilities

• Enter client information into various systems.
• Prepare and update financial plans and presentation material for client meetings.
• Enter information into financial planning software and prepare draft financial plans.
• Deepen and maintain existing client relationships through processing of client requests.
• Assist Financial Advisors in the preparation and follow up for client meetings.
• Updates and maintains client information in planning tools such as Salesforce, MoneyGuide Pro, Morningstar.
