Qualifications

• Terminal degree with 18 graduate credit hours in the discipline or a master’s degree with 18 graduate credit hours and 5+ years in financial services.
• At least 2 of the following: CFP licensure, publications or teaching awards, or 200 hours of teaching with evaluative evidence.
• 1+ industry and higher education instruction experience.
• Excellent MS Office, Google apps, Adobe, and LMS proficiency.
• Strong communication, time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Cover program learning outcomes using Kaplan materials and ensure instruction meets outcomes.
• Use best pedagogical practices to create engaging educational experiences.
• Stay current with trends and technology applicable to the program and pedagogy.
• Create outstanding educational experiences in College courses.
• Maintain regular communication with the College and participate in trainings.
