Legendary Allen Agency is seeking growth-minded professionals for a remote sales role with flexible Part-time or Full-time options. You will identify client needs, educate on protection and asset-building solutions, and build lasting relationships while networking and following company-provided leads to close sales.

Compensation is uncapped and commission-based, with first-year targets of $36k–$48k part-time or $72k–$90k full-time, and top performers earning $150k+.

Qualifications

• Active industry license or willingness to obtain one (training support available).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable using basic technology and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and recommend tailored protection and asset-building solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication and service.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and company-provided lead systems.
• Educate clients on policies, coverage options, and strategies to protect and grow their assets.
• Follow up with prospects to guide them through the decision-making process and close sales.
• Stay current on industry trends and products.
