Job summary

Crowned Legacy Group is seeking a Financial Professional to join our remote team on a flexible, part-time or full-time basis. No prior financial experience is required, as comprehensive training and mentorship are provided, and you’ll learn to educate families on financial concepts and strategies.

This independent contractor role is commission-based with no guaranteed salary. You will build client relationships, meet with individuals virtually, and develop leadership and entrepreneurial skills

Qualifications

• No Financial Experience Required
• You do not need a finance degree or previous financial-services experience.
• We provide training and mentorship to help the right candidates learn the industry and develop the skills necessary to work with clients.
• Because this is a regulated industry, candidates who choose to move forward will be required to obtain the appropriate state insurance license before conducting licensed business.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families virtually to understand their financial goals
• Educate clients on financial concepts and available strategies
• Help clients understand options for life insurance, retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and financial protection
• Build and maintain professional client relationships
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development
• Develop communication, leadership, and business-building skills
