Equitable Advisors is hiring a Financial Professional on the Advisor Assist team in a salaried role designed to build foundational skills for a long-term, client-focused career. The position emphasizes serving 14th edition Financial Advisors with new business processing and client service, while enabling growth and practice development.

The role offers a flexible schedule with possible remote/hybrid work; if in the vicinity of Salt Lake City, NY, or Syracuse offices, a 2–3 day on-site schedule

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in financial services.
• Active FINRA Series 7 registration.
• Active FINRA Series 66 or equivalent within 60 days of hire.
• Resident State Life and Variable Insurance Licenses within 30 days.
• 2+ years in sales or financial services.

Responsabilidades

• Process new business applications (insurance, advisory, investments) per policy.
• Provide client service and maintain accurate records in firm systems.
• Coordinate client meetings, reviews, and advisor follow-ups.
• Support advisor Assist framework and ensure audit readiness.
