Job summary

AML RightSource is hiring an Entry Level Financial Crimes Investigator to work remotely from Utah. You will review transactions, support KYC processes, and learn compliance procedures through comprehensive training.

Core hours with standard shifts follow training, and you’ll operate within established timeframes to ensure accurate, timely reports. A bachelor’s degree and strong analytical/communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor transactional activity to identify potential suspicious activity.
• Verify client identities and assess relationships for KYC purposes.
• Interpret and implement client operating policies related to financial data.
• Identify data anomalies and red flags for money laundering, sanctions violations, or fraud and escalate as needed.
• Write clear, concise reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Use basic Excel functions and technology for analysis.
• Meet production and quality standards in a team environment.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
