Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or financial operations.
• 1+ years of experience in cryptocurrency investigations.
• Understanding of FinCrime red flags and typologies.
• Experience in developing/implementing process improvements.
• Analytical reasoning with clear decision-making; considers multiple factors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze feedback patterns to drive process improvements.
• Knowledge of compliance policies for payment processing environments.
• Experience conducting merchant risk assessments and transaction monitoring.
• Experience driving scalable operations through vendor partnerships and automation.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to process while challenging assumptions and balancing user experience with compliance.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams, Stripe's users, and financial partners.
