Job summary

Thrivent seeks an Associate to provide licensed financial and non-financial support to Clearwater Financial Group, serving Thrivent members and their families with securities, investment advisory products, life and annuity products.

In this remote role, you will collaborate with Financial Advisors to develop business plans, assist with client meetings, and ensure compliance with FINRA/insurance licensing requirements across required states, while maintaining confidentiality and delivering

Qualifications

• Securities registered (Series 7 & 66 or 6 & 63).
• Insurance licensed/appointed for sale of life/health and variable products.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle sensitive communications with members/customers and respond to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Co-present product seminars/workshops as necessary.
• Advise members/customers on suitable financial products and investment services.
• Open and complete product applications.
• Assist Financial Advisors with client meetings and follow-ups.
• Drive marketing services including direct-mail and seminars.
