micro1 is seeking a Subject Matter Expert for Financial & Operations Chart Analysis in a remote contractor role. You will interpret complex charts and develop multi-step questions to train AI systems, emphasizing precise reasoning and professional English.

You will deliver unambiguous answers with explicit analytical steps, apply industry terminology, and produce verifiable tasks for model evaluation. Prior experience with chart-based analytics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Minimum two years' experience interpreting financial market data, risk metrics, or operational charts.
• Advanced proficiency interpreting chart features such as axes, units, legends, scales, and annotations.
• Clear articulation of analytical processes and quantitative reasoning in English.
• Experience in technical documentation, financial reporting, or analytical task creation is a plus.
• Data-annotation task creation or benchmark question development experience is beneficial.
