Government Employees Health Association, Inc. (G.E.H.A) is seeking a data-driven FP&A professional to consolidate financial data, build models, and drive cost efficiency.

The role supports budgeting, reporting, and strategic analysis for a federal benefits provider. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or business and 3+ years of analytical experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

Formación

• Requires bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business and 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance focusing on analysis.
• Requires knowledge of ERP systems.
• Requires ability to work with large data sets and BI reporting tools.
• Requires advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Requires effective verbal and written communication.
• Requires strong analytical skills and understanding of accounting principles.
• Requires organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects.
• Must maintain confidentiality of information.

Responsabilidades

• Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statements, forecasts).
• Provide alternatives to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
• Support the annual budgeting process with FP&A.
• Analyze project performance against expense and benefit expectations.
• Assemble and summarize data to create reports on financial status.
• Develop financial models and conduct benchmarking and process analysis.
• Identify trends based on sound analysis and report findings.
• Partner with management to understand financial reporting needs.
• Track and reconcile transactions by comparing actuals to budgets/periods.
• Drive process improvement and policy development for the function.
