Job summary

OpenTrain AI, Inc. is seeking a remote, part-time contractor to help improve AI agents that handle financial and business workflows.

The work combines practical financial judgment, prompt writing, response evaluation, and clear documentation in English. You will create realistic, multi-step prompts based on finance and business processes, write rubrics to assess the quality, accuracy, and completeness of AI outputs, and review AI agent responses with actionable feedback.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, banking, consulting, or related field.
• Strong Microsoft 365 expertise, especially Excel for analysis and documentation.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly in writing and speech.
• Entry level experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic, multi-step prompts based on finance and business processes.
• Write rubrics that assess the quality, accuracy, and completeness of AI outputs.
• Review AI agent responses and provide actionable feedback.
• Document assessments and feedback clearly in written English.
• Work asynchronously with project coordinators to align deliverables with defined standards.
