Placements24 is seeking a client-focused Financial Advisor to provide comprehensive investment and insurance solutions to individuals and families in Upington, Northern Cape. You will assess needs, develop personalized financial plans, and recommend suitable products to help clients reach their goals.

Responsibilities include conducting needs analyses, presenting plans, educating clients on products, and building lasting relationships while staying compliant with regulations and market trends.

Qualifications

• Belongs to a relevant tertiary qualification in Finance or related field.
• Relevant industry qualifications (RE 1, FAIS accreditation, CFP) preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial advisory, investment management or insurance sales.
• Strong knowledge of investments, markets, and insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial needs analyses to understand client goals and risk tolerance.
• Develop and present personalized financial plans including investments, insurance, retirement, and estate planning.
• Educate clients on investment and insurance products, explaining features, benefits, and risks.
• Facilitate the sale of suitable investment products and life/health/ disability insurance policies.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with ongoing support and advice.
