Formación

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Sales, customer-facing, relationship-building, or entrepreneurial experience is a plus
• Willingness to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (guidance provided)

Responsabilidades

• Educate families on protection planning, life insurance, and retirement-focused financial strategies
• Build client relationships through trust, education, and service
• Learn financial concepts, planning frameworks, and available product solutions through mentorship
• Participate in weekly training, coaching, and professional development
• Build your client base through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Explore leadership and team growth opportunities over time
