University of Texas at Dallas is seeking a Financial Accountant to perform accounting work for a central University office. You will apply advanced accounting knowledge in the preparation of a variety of complex financial transactions and reports, and provide customer service while resolving issues.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, interacting with management and departments, audit support, and analysis of internal and external service centers.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3–5 years of accounting work experience; equivalent education/experience acceptable.
• Intermediate proficiency with ERP accounting systems.

Mansioni

• Maintain customer/sponsor financial system records.
• Interact professionally with management, departments and outside parties.
• Audit support and cost center reconciliations.
• Balance sheet reconciliations and analysis of internal/external centers.
• Research and process payments for University invoices and deposits.
• Support annual rate studies and budget cycles.
