Genpact is seeking an Associate Director - Finance Advisory (EPM) to lead Finance Transformation programs for global clients. You will advise on FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, planning, and reporting, leveraging EPM platforms and AI to drive efficiency and value.

Ideal candidates will have CA or MBA (Finance) background and strong client-facing consulting experience, with a focus on turning business needs into technology-enabled finance solutions.

Qualifications

• Finance transformation experience in advisory roles.
• Experience translating business challenges into finance solutions.
• Exposure to EPM platforms and AI in finance preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead components of Finance Transformation programs for global clients.
• Provide FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, planning, reporting, and EPM guidance.
• Identify process inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Develop scalable finance optimization roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct client workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
• Lead solutioning with a strategic and consultative mindset.
• Leverage AI and automation in finance to enhance effectiveness.
• Experience with Anaplan, Board, Oracle, SAP, SAC, Cognos, Tableau preferred.
