Responsibilities

• Design and manage execution of change strategies for large-scale programs to accelerate ROI.
• Perform stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to data-drive strategies.
• Build leadership alignment plans to drive sponsor engagement.
• Develop and deliver communications with change networks to drive adoption.
• Measure effectiveness with defined metrics and evolve plans.
• Report status to leadership and escalate risks and issues.
