Keywords Studios is seeking a Finance Manager to anchor financial integrity across the Americas. You will lead a small team, manage statutory reporting under Local GAAP and IFRS, and partner with Tax and Audit teams to ensure compliance and accuracy.

You will drive regional FP&A activities, including budgeting and forecasting, and push continuous process improvements through Finance Excellence initiatives and system enhancements.

Qualifikationen

• CPA or equivalent qualification required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Global Finance.
• Strong knowledge of Controlling processes, internal controls, Local GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with tax compliance (GST, 1099s) and managing relationships with external auditors.
• Demonstrated change leadership and ability to drive Finance Excellence workflows.

Aufgaben

• Direct Controlling Service Delivery including statutory reporting.
• Lead GAAP conversions and balance sheet governance.
• Drive cash flow forecasting and working capital targets.
• Support regional FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Partner with Tax and Audit teams and manage external auditors.
• Mentor and develop the Controlling team in the Americas.
• Contribute to Finance Excellence projects and entity rationalization.
