Job summary

Catch Resource Management Ltd. is seeking an experienced Finance Business Analyst to support a D365 F&O implementation, focusing on Finance and Treasury processes. The role combines strong business analysis with practical ERP configuration experience.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on ERP configuration experience and a proven ability to gather requirements from senior stakeholders, translate them into ERP solutions, and support testing and data migration. US remote work is supported.

Qualifications

Proven Finance Business Analyst or ERP Finance Functional Consultant experience.
Hands-on ERP configuration experience is essential.
Strong knowledge of core Finance and Treasury processes.

Responsibilities

Engage with senior Finance and Treasury stakeholders to gather requirements.
Document business and functional requirements and map as-is/to-be processes.
Translate requirements into functional ERP designs and configurations.
Hands-on configuration of Finance and Treasury functionality in ERP.
Collaborate with technical teams and implementation partners to deliver solutions.
Support testing, UAT, data migration and go-live activities.
Support integration and standardisation across entities, including acquisitions.
