Job summary

DataAnnotation is seeking a Finance Expert to evaluate AI-built financial analyses and verify the accounting and valuation assumptions behind them.

You’ll stress-test three-statement models, trace the numbers through logic, and write defensible analyses that you would present to a CFO. This role offers flexible, remote project work with earnings that scale by task complexity, and no formal degree is required.

Experience in FP&A or strategic finance and fluent written English are valued.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance.
• Fluency with modeling: three-statement builds, DCF, and the accounting behind them.
• Clear written English: your explanations are the training signal.

Responsibilities

• Stress-test AI-built models on real corporate scenarios: three-statement linkages, DCF assumptions, and the working-capital logic underneath.
• Trace the reasoning to expose plugged numbers, broken drivers, and conclusions the model's own math doesn't support.
• Write the defensible analysis when the model falls short: honest assumptions, clear drivers, and a number you'd put in front of a CFO.
