Job summary

DataAnnotation is seeking a Finance Expert to evaluate AI-built financial analyses on real corporate scenarios, verify valuation assumptions and the accounting behind them, and document judgments that teach models what defensible finance work looks like.

You’ll stress-test three-statement models, trace the reasoning to reveal plugged numbers and broken drivers, and write clear, CFO-ready analyses that reflect honest assumptions and defensible conclusions.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate finance, FP&A or strategic finance.
• Fluency with three-statement modeling, DCF, and the accounting behind them.
• Excellent written English.
• No degree required.

Responsibilities

• Stress-test AI-built models on real corporate scenarios: three-statement linkages, DCF assumptions, and the working-capital logic underneath.
• Trace the reasoning to expose plugged numbers, broken drivers, and conclusions the model's own math doesn't support.
• Write the defensible analysis when the model falls short: honest assumptions, clear drivers, and a number you'd put in front of a CFO.
