DataAnnotation is seeking a Finance Expert to evaluate AI-built financial analyses, check valuation assumptions, and verify the accounting behind them. You will write judgments that teach models what defensible finance work looks like.

Compensation is flexible, remote, and project-based, with earnings ranging from hourly to asset-based contributions, depending on task difficulty and specialization.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance.
• Fluency with modeling: three-statement builds, DCF, and the accounting behind them.
• Clear written English: your explanations are the training signal.
• No degree required. We care about what you can do, not where you learned it.

Responsibilities

• Stress-test AI-built models on real corporate scenarios: three-statement linkages, DCF assumptions, and working-capital logic.
• Trace the reasoning to expose plugged numbers, broken drivers, and unsupported conclusions.
• Write the defensible analysis when the model falls short with honest assumptions and clear drivers.
