This is a remote, independent contractor (1099) sales position with training, resources, and ongoing support. The role emphasizes self-motivation, professional development, and compliant, client‑focused service.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable conducting sales conversations by phone.
• Self-motivated and able to manage time independently.
• Willingness to learn and apply a structured sales process.
• Active life insurance license preferred but not required; unlicensed candidates must be willing to obtain license.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective clients by phone regarding final expense life insurance.
