Welo Data is seeking Filipino-speaking experts for a freelance, remote role to evaluate AI-generated responses, improve language quality, and craft high-quality rewritten content from home with a flexible schedule.

You will perform structured evaluation tasks, create prompts in Filipino, and collaborate with international teams to enhance language models. This is a short-term project with a 4-week duration and ~20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Background as a teacher or experience in teaching/writing in Filipino.
• Excellent written communication and strong grammatical accuracy.
• Familiarity with cultural nuances in Filipino.
• Comfortable with structured tasks such as: priority ranking, prompt-response writing, grammaticality checks, provision & improvement of text.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, grammar, and cultural relevance.
• Identify issues and provide refined, high-quality rewritten responses.
• Create natural prompts and responses in Filipino to improve conversational datasets.
• Collaborate with global teams to help improve AI language models.
