Job summary

Booth and Partners Pte Ltd is seeking two File Migration Specialists for a 3-month fixed-term project in the United States. You will move, organize, and verify files in SharePoint, following a defined migration plan and structure.

You will review content, flag duplicates, and ensure metadata and permissions are correctly applied. Ideal candidates have 1+ years handling file systems and hands-on SharePoint experience, with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• 1+ years with file systems (Windows shares, drives, cloud storage).
• Hands-on SharePoint usage: uploading, moving, organizing, libraries, versions.
• Strong organization and attention to detail for large volumes of files.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, Outlook).
• Clear written and spoken English for status updates.
• Ability to work independently and follow a defined process.
• Availability for a 3-month fixed-term engagement starting soon.

Responsibilities

• Move and organize files into SharePoint per migration plan.
• Review content, flag duplicates and outdated files needing owner input.
• Apply naming conventions, folder structure, and metadata in libraries.
• Check batch migration: file counts, accessibility, links and permissions.
• Log progress, issues and exceptions in the project tracker.
• Escalate access problems or unclear ownership to the project lead.
• Collaborate with team to locate where files should live in SharePoint.
