Korn Ferry is recruiting a Field Service Technician (Leak Detection) for a nationwide leak-detection company. This fully remote role covers the Northeastern US (Southern MD, Western MD, DC/N. MD/N. VA, DE, NJ).

Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour plus OT, commission, and a company vehicle. The position emphasizes extensive on-the-job training and hands-on field work across residential, commercial, and municipal projects.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years US Military Active Duty experience required.
• Mechanical aptitude and trainability; prior leak detection experience is NOT required.
• Strong plumbing background is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform leak detection on residential and commercial properties using specialized equipment.
• Schedule labor, plan production, ensure safety and quality on shift.
• Operate valves, pumps, and mechanical components; complete service reports.
