Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service Beckman Coulter products at customer facilities across New England, upstate New York, Quebec, Ontario, and the Maritimes region. You will cultivate customer relationships, support commercial initiatives, and drive a first-time fix mindset to reduce downtime and improve satisfaction.

The role requires an Associate’s degree in mechanical/electrical/biomedical engineering or related field, plus 1+ year experience

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in mechanical, electrical, biomedical engineering, life science OR equivalent military experience (working on any mechanical, technical, laboratory, pneumatic or any related instruments).
• 1+ year's experience problem solving, diagnosing, or troubleshooting challenges with instrumentation using a variety of methods.

Responsibilities

• Servicing Beckman Coulter products at the customer facility.
• Cultivating customer relationships and supporting commercial initiatives.
• Driving a sense of urgency to ensure the customer needs are addressed promptly with an emphasis on a "first time fix" through the problem-solving process.
