Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service Beckman Coulter products at customer facilities across New England, upstate New York, Quebec, Ontario, and the Maritimes. The position is remote-eligible and requires up to 70% travel, including overnight stays, with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in mechanical, electrical, biomedical engineering, life science OR equivalent military experience.
• 1+ year’s experience problem solving, diagnosing, or troubleshooting challenges with instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Servicing Beckman Coulter products at the customer facility.
• Cultivating customer relationships and supporting commercial initiatives.
• Driving a sense of urgency to ensure the customer needs are addressed promptly with an emphasis on a “first time fix” through the problem-solving process.
