Responsibilities
- Travel to install, service, troubleshoot and repair CNC fabricating machines.
- Provide high-quality technical service to customers.
- Document customer machine information and make improvement suggestions.
- Train customers to operate and service machines.
- Act as a service ambassador for TRUMPF.
