Qualifications

• 13 years of relevant field experience in industrial maintenance or technical support.
• Recent graduates of a technical program with demonstrated aptitude are also considered.
• Prior exposure to mechanical or electrical systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites to gather technical measurements.
• Assist in the preparation of customer quotes.
• Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions.
• Support sales pipeline documentation and CRM data hygiene.
• Participate in territory planning sessions.
• Continuously develop knowledge of cranes and service offerings.
