  • Local and regional drayage with owned trucking capacity
  • Nationwide freight brokerage (flatbed, intermodal, OOG, and dry van)
  • Short- and long-term warehousing with transloading and heavy-lift capabilities

With established facilities and trucking fleets in multiple port markets, and additional warehousing capacity under development, we are positioned for aggressive expansion. To support this growth, we are seeking a Field Sales Executive to help drive new revenue opportunities and strengthen customer partnerships. Position Overview

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for winning new accounts and deepening relationships with shippers, BCOs, importers, exporters, and freight forwarders. The role is focused on building business across domestic trucking, warehousing, brokerage, and global forwarding while increasing utilization of our existing assets and developing newer service offerings. This is a customer-facing role that requires both a hunter mentality and the ability to manage ongoing relationships.

Core Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Actively prospect and secure new customers across all service offerings.
  • Present logistics solutions that reduce customer costs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Create customized proposals and pricing models tailored to client needs.

Account Growth & Retention

  • Build lasting relationships with small to mid-size import/export companies and intermediaries.
  • Serve as a trusted partner, ensuring smooth coordination of services.
  • Act as the customer advocate within the organization.

Market Expansion

  • Grow truck brokerage activity beyond current regional operations.
  • Promote warehousing solutions, including new capacity scheduled to open in Houston in 2026.
  • Cross-sell forwarding and customs-related services to maximize wallet share.
Experience
  • 7–10 years of sales experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain services.
  • Familiarity with port drayage, warehousing, brokerage, and international freight.
  • Demonstrated ability to close new business and consistently achieve targets.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Understanding of containerized cargo movement and port-related operations.
  • Background with freight forwarders and thorough understanding of freight forwarding, international shipping.
  • Working knowledge of domestic freight brokerage (dry van, flatbed, OOG).
  • Knowledge of customs processes and NVOCC operations.
  • Excellent communicator, negotiator, and presenter.
  • Highly self-driven, with comfort selling in both in-person and virtual environments.
