Qualifications

• 2+ years clinical practice preferred, with workers’ compensation-related experience.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required, with good standing.
• URAC-recognized certification in case management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of case management standards.
• Advise on treatment plans for injured individuals.
• Interview disabled persons to assess recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians to implement treatment plans.
• Modify job duties to facilitate early return to work.
• Manage workload effectively and prioritize cases.
