Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare reimbursement or related fields
• Experience with buy‑and‑bill reimbursement
• Knowledge of payer policies, coding, and appeals

Responsibilities

• Educate practices on payer coverage, billing, CPT/J-code, and claims processes
• Build trusted relationships with accounts and conduct regular business reviews
• Perform claims analysis to identify denial patterns and barriers
• Collaborate with HUB and Patient Services to coordinate support and maintain documentation
