Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to support access and reimbursement services for a specialty pharmaceutical product. This remote-based role will interact with physician offices and partner with manufacturers to resolve reimbursement challenges and educate on payer landscapes and support services.

Travel up to 80% is required. You will liaise between healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and patient support services, applying Medicare and commercial payer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years in healthcare reimbursement (Buy & Bill, Specialty Pharmacy) required.
• Knowledge of Medicare & commercial insurance required.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills required.
• Proficient with PowerPoint, CRM systems, and virtual meeting tools required.

Responsibilities

• Field & Virtual Education (35%): Deliver on-site or virtual training on reimbursement processes and log activity in CRM daily.
• Benefit & Access Education (25%): Educate providers on benefit verification, prior authorization, payer trends, and support center services.
• Reimbursement Support (20%): Assist offices with claims, billing and coding, appeals, and patient assistance programs; coordinate with case managers.
• Territory Management (10%): Manage outbound calls, appointment setting, and in-office follow-ups; coordinate with manufacturer field teams.
• Program Performance Monitoring (10%): Track territory metrics in CRM, analyze trends, and contribute to quarterly reporting.
