Job summary

Alfred University invites applications for the AUNY Field Placement Assistant in its NYC metro area counseling programs. This 12-month, part-time role (7-12 hrs/wk) supports the Dean's Office and field placement coordinators in processing agreements and building sites in Watermark, with 99% remote duties and occasional in-person meetings if required.

The ideal candidate has an associate's degree or high school diploma with data processing experience and can coordinate with multiple stakeholders

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or high school diploma with 5 years of data processing experience.
• Must be available at least two days during the week between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm.
• Occasional evening work may be required.
• Ability to work remotely without direct supervision.
• Must be able to meet via Zoom from a quiet space.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the field placement email account.
• Organize field placement agreements into the online filing system.
• Build field placement agreements in Watermark after approval.
• Notify students about approvals and creations in the system.
• Route emails to the appropriate coordinators and Dean's Office.
• Maintain an efficient electronic filing and record-keeping system.
