Job summary

Qualifications

Advanced healthcare/science doctoral degree required.
5+ years field/medical affairs experience including HQ role or equivalent (2+ years).
Minimum 3 years in oncology (relevant TA).
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
Ability to manage changing workloads and timelines.

Responsibilities

Influence field medical execution to strategy through collaboration with leadership.
Represent US TA Medical Affairs in cross-functional meetings and ensure resource alignment.
Develop and lead implementation strategies across product life cycles to maximize synergies.
Develop reports and dashboards to track performance and impact metrics.
Identify opportunities to embed an AI-first mindset within Oncology.
