Job summary

OOFOS is seeking a P.A.C.E.R. (Field Marketing Representative) to lead grassroots brand experiences across retail partners, events, and communities in Houston and surrounding markets.

You will educate retailers, drive product trials, and gather feedback to strengthen OOFOS' presence and storytelling. This role emphasizes relationship building, authentic engagement, and content capture from field activities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in field marketing or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Passion for movement, wellness, and community culture.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build authentic relationships with retailers and communities.
• Experience with event execution or grassroots marketing is preferred.
• Experience capturing content with mobile devices and social platforms is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM or field reporting tools is preferred.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product education and training to retail associates and partners.
• Support product launches, in-store activations, and education initiatives.
• Build relationships with retailers, store leaders, and local accounts.
• Execute retail activations, events, and experiential marketing.
• Capture photo/video content during visits and events.
• Provide field reports and insights to support programs.
• Track participation and activation results in assigned territories.
• Identify partnerships and community opportunities.
• Align activities with seasonal priorities and brand campaigns.
